AB KICKS LLC is committed to delivering your LEGO® sets safely and securely. This shipping policy outlines our procedures, rates, and guidelines for shipping orders.

Shipping Methods

We ship via the following carriers:

  • USPS (United States Postal Service)
  • UPS (United Parcel Service)
  • FedEx

The carrier used for your order will depend on the size, weight, and destination of your package, as well as the shipping speed you select.

Shipping Rates & Options

Standard Shipping (5-7 Business Days)

Rates are calculated based on package weight and destination. Standard shipping is the most economical option for most orders.

Expedited Shipping (2-3 Business Days)

Available for an additional fee. Contact us for a quote on expedited shipping.

Priority/Overnight Shipping

Available upon request. Contact us at abkicksllc@gmail.com for pricing and availability.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days of payment receipt. During peak seasons or high-volume periods, processing may take up to 3 business days. You'll receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to addresses within the United States. If you're interested in international shipping, please contact us to discuss options and pricing.

Package Protection & Handling

We understand that box condition is important to collectors. Every LEGO® set we ship is:

  • Wrapped in protective bubble wrap or foam
  • Placed in a sturdy shipping box with adequate cushioning
  • Marked as fragile when appropriate
  • Double-boxed for larger or more valuable sets

Tracking Your Order

All shipments include tracking. You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. You can use this number to monitor your package's progress on the carrier's website.

Delivery Issues

Lost Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, please:

  1. Check with neighbors or household members
  2. Look around your delivery location
  3. Contact the carrier directly
  4. If you still can't locate your package, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please:

  1. Take photos of the damaged package and contents
  2. Contact us immediately at abkicksllc@gmail.com
  3. Keep all packaging materials for potential carrier inspection

We'll work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Address Changes

If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us immediately. Once an order has shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address. In such cases, you may need to work directly with the carrier to redirect the package.

P.O. Boxes & APO/FPO Addresses

We can ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses via USPS. Please note that delivery times may vary for these addresses.
