Shipping Policy

We ship all LEGO® sets via USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on the size and weight of your order. All packages are carefully packaged to protect the sealed box condition during transit.

Shipping Rates

  • Standard Shipping (5-7 business days): Calculated based on weight and destination
  • Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days): Available upon request
  • Priority/Overnight Shipping: Available upon request

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days of payment receipt. You'll receive a tracking number once your order ships.

Packaging

We understand that box condition is important to collectors. All sets are packaged with extra cushioning and protective materials to minimize damage during shipping. Larger sets may be double-boxed for extra protection.

Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.

Return Eligibility

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery
  • Items must be in the same condition as received (factory-sealed)
  • Original packaging and seals must be intact and undamaged
  • You must provide proof of purchase

Return Process

  1. Contact us at abkicksllc@gmail.com with your order details
  2. We'll provide you with a return authorization and instructions
  3. Package the item securely and ship it back to us
  4. Once we receive and inspect the return, we'll process your refund

Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We'll work with you to resolve the issue, either through a replacement or full refund. Please note that we're not responsible for damage caused by the shipping carrier once the package has been delivered.
