Return Eligibility

Returns may be accepted within 14 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.

Condition Requirements (Sealed Products)

• Items must be returned in the same condition received, including factory seals intact.
• Opened or unsealed items may be ineligible for return (except where required by law).
• Items showing wear, damage, or missing components may be refused or may incur a restocking deduction.

Non-Returnable Situations

• Items returned outside the return window
• Items that have been opened/unsealed (where applicable)
• Items with missing packaging or components

How to Request a Return

Email support@abkicksllc.com with:

• Your order details (and SKU if available)
• Reason for return
• Photos if the item arrived damaged

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued after the item is received and inspected. Refund timing depends on your payment provider.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are typically the buyer’s responsibility unless the return is due to an error on our part or an item that arrived damaged/defective.
